The project involved the rebranding of an existing Crowne Plaza hotel into a boutique lifestyle Kimpton hotel — the first Kimpton property to open outside the United States. The scope of work included a full hard refurbishment of all 272 guestrooms and bathrooms, along with a complete renovation of all public areas, including the lobby, F&B outlets, meeting spaces, and wellness facilities. Given the scale and complexity of the intervention, the hotel was temporarily closed during the renovation and rebranding process to allow for a seamless and high-quality execution.
