The hotel was rebranded under the Marriott flag, and the renovation was carried out while the property remained fully operational. The project involved a complete refurbishment of guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, all completed within an exceptionally fast-track schedule of just seven months. Careful phasing and coordination were essential to ensure guest comfort and uninterrupted hotel operations throughout the construction period.
