St Regis Hotel
The hotel is located in the city centre and is one of the oldest hospitality establishments in town. It is officially listed as a “building of historical value” by the Architectural Heritage Department. As such, the renovation required close collaboration with local heritage authorities, including multiple site inspections throughout the construction process. The refurbishment was carried out while the hotel remained fully operational, requiring careful planning to minimize disruption to guests and staff.
