The building was converted into a luxury hotel featuring 24 rooms. It holds significant historical value due to the presence of original artworks by Tiepolo, as well as antique chandeliers, fabrics, and doors. The project required a highly sensitive approach to conservation, combining careful restoration with the integration of modern systems to meet contemporary hospitality standards while preserving the building’s cultural and artistic heritage.
