Excelsior Gallia Hotel
Full refurbishment and extension of a five-star business hotel located in the heart of Milan. The project involved the preservation of the listed 1930s façade and the complete renovation of all 245 guestrooms and public areas. The total built area of approximately 28,000 sqm included structural and MEP system upgrades, the integration of contemporary architectural solutions, and the use of high-end finishes and technologies in line with international luxury hospitality standards.
