JW Marriott Resort
The resort is located on a 16-hectare private island in the Venetian Lagoon, just 20 minutes from St. Mark’s Square. The property includes 265 guestrooms and suites, along with a full range of supporting facilities, distributed across 21 separate buildings. The deteriorated state of the existing structures, combined with the site’s sensitive and protected location, posed numerous challenges that made the realization of the project both exceptionally complex and deeply rewarding.
